1. Provide Your Details: Use this form to submit your membership info.

2. Complete Payment: Pay in cash at our location or as instructed by our staff.

3. Membership Activation: Once payment is confirmed, we will manually add you to our Wix Members list and activate your membership.

4. Pass Kit Card: After activation, Pass Kit will generate your digital membership card. You will receive an email titled “Your Membership Card / Pass Kit.”

5. Final Step: For security, you may need to re-enter your information one last time to sync your card to your device.
